Cooperation with Brazil in Space explorations for Peaceful purposes approved by the Cabinet

Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz, chaired the cabinet’s session held yesterday at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
At the outset of the session, the crown prince briefed the Council all deliberations and interviews made by the Custodian of the Holy Mosques and His royal highness with a number of world leaders about bilateral relations and latest updates on the Arab, Regional and International arenas. He threw light on the meeting held by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz with King Hamad Al-Eisa of Bahrain in Casablanca which deliberated the overall latest developments on the Gulf, Arab, Islamic and International levels in addition to discussing means of pushing forward the cooperation between the two states.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabea, Minister of Health and acting Minister of Information, pointed out the Cabinet discussed a combination of local issues including preparations made the General Presidency for the two Holy Mosques regarding Ramadan Month where the Monarch and the Crown prince issued directives to increase efforts made for the sake of Holy Mosques visitors for Omrah.
While throwing light on the improvement achieved by the Kingdom coming at the 8th position in attracting foreign investments according to a UNCTAD report, the Cabinet discussed its agenda issuing a set of its relevant resolutions. Such resolutions included the Cabinet’s approval of the final two accounts of Human Resources Development Fund and the Saudi Railways Organization for the year 1428/1429H.
In addition, the Cabinet approved authorizing Head of King Abdulaziz City for Sciences and Technology or who he may represent, to discuss with the Brazilian party the Project of cooperation between the Kingdom and Brazil in Space exploration for peaceful purposes.
