- Copy of graduation certificate for fellowship and postgraduate studies Copy of certificate equation for Master, Doctor, or fellowship (if obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) Copy of Certificate of Completion for fellowship for Medical and Medical Science Disciplines
