- Valid driving license.
- Periodic inspection of the vehicle (valid).
- Vehicle insurance (valid).
- Payment of ownership transfer fees.
- Payment of fees for any irregularities registered in the name of the official to whom the transfer of ownership (if any) is required.
- Settlement of any reports concerning the vehicle that wanted to be transferred (if any).
