Customer support

  • Access the Samacares website.
  • Login with your ID number or login through the unified national access portal.
  • Select the type of complaint you want to submit.
  • Select the bank you want to submit the complaint against by filling in the necessary information and fields, the upload the attachments linked to the complaint.
  • Select citizen, resident, gulf citizen, non-resident.
  • Select Submit a Complaint.
  • The complaint will be sent to the bank, which you have filed the complaint against and the bank will handle the complaint and respond accordingly.
  • You can inquire about the response via the website through the complaint number. This will be either accepted or will be escalated to the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.

  • After the banks reponse, the Central Bank reviews and analyzes the information, sends an alert to the customer about the response, to be reviewed onsite.
