An e-service provided by the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, enabling bank customers, including individual companies and government agencies, to issue / register complaints against the bank.
Login with your ID number or login through the unified national access portal.
Select the type of complaint you want to submit.
Select the bank you want to submit the complaint against by filling in the necessary information and fields, the upload the attachments linked to the complaint.
The complaint will be sent to the bank, which you have filed the complaint against and the bank will handle the complaint and respond accordingly.
You can inquire about the response via the website through the complaint number. This will be either accepted or will be escalated to the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.

After the banks reponse, the Central Bank reviews and analyzes the information, sends an alert to the customer about the response, to be reviewed onsite.
