- Access to the King Khalid University portal and choose the Admission and Registration Deanship from the Deanships icon.
- Press (Entry Orders) and select (Transfer Request to King Khalid University).
- Enter the civil registry and press on (confirm).
- Approval of the acknowledgment.
- Fill out the transfer request and attach the required files.
- Submit the transfer request, and save the application number.
- The student can follow the status of the request from the follow-up requests icon in the service.
