Customer support

  • Enter the registration page as an employer.
  • Determine the type of employer domain you belong to.
  • You will be directed to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development page to submit the ministry credentials.
  • After authentication of the data, you will be directed to the portal to provide other details, such as: the establishment to be registered with, e-mail address, etc.
  • Accept the terms and conditions.
  • Click on the activation link sent to the entered email.
  • For the semi-government and non-profit sector: enter the information that can be certified by the portal, such as: the subscription number with the GOSI, and ID no.
  • Upload: the social insurance certificate of the establishment, and a copy of national ID.
  • In the event that the portal successfully verified the validity of the information, the portal will send an activation link to the entered e-mail.
