Changing the Assessing Authorized Person for Qualified Foreign Investor

An e-service provided by Capital Market Authority, that provides foreign investor to be entitled to change the assessing authorized person without affecting his investment portfolio or the registered information in the Authority.
  • The notice of changing the assessing authorized person send via the e-portal will be forwarded to the Director of the Foreign Investment Unit.
  • Review the notice and ensure that it meets the requirements,Prepare appropriate recommendations and send it to the Director.
  • Transfer the file of the qualified foreign investor to the substitute assessing authorized person via the e-portal.
  • The Director will review and approve the recommendations, or will send them back with notes to the Director of the Foreign Investment Unit.
