- Enter the institutions website and select e-services.
- Select License Service.
- Select Request License Data Amendment.
- Agree to the terms of the request.
- Fill in the request data, and record the data to be modified with the license through your form.
- Attach the required files with the request, and send them through the page.
- The employee checks the request, completes the required papers and requirements. Accordingly, the data is modified and the license is printed again after being approved and signed by the head.
- The license is received from the institution and it can be mailed.
