- Log in to the nomination system with your username and password.
- In the (Data Entry Tasks) list, click on (Transferring an Employee to Another Department).
- Enter the ID number of the employee to be transferred.
- Select the department he is transferred to, then click on (Employee Transfer).
- Click (Confirm).
