  • Access the emirate’s services through Absher platform.
  • Access the complaints services.
  • Choose a service (Grievance Request).
  • Complete the service data: the applicant’s name, the applicant’s mobile no., the applicant’s ID, nationality, the grievance name, attach a copy of the judgment’s deed, attach the rationale for clarification.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Send the request.
