An e-service provided by the Safety Gate of the Civil Defense for safety companies and elevators to register in the Safety Gate as a safety company or elevator, receive customer requests, and submit maintenance contracts and installation completion certificates. The portal also provides the owner of the commercial establishment with the ability to easily search for all approved safety and elevator companies and institutions in the Kingdom.

- Visit the Safety portal of the Civil Defense.
- (Click on (New User.
- (Click on (Register as a Safety Facility or Elevators.
- Enter the facility s information.
- Enter the account user information.
- Attach the required documents.
- (Click (Send Registration Request.
- You will receive an email to activate the account.
- After activation, the Civil Defense will review your application.
- You will receive a text message on the registered phone with approval of your request.
