Request for the Issuance of Contractor Permit of Tube Wells

An e-service provided by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, which enables contractors registered in the system of suppliers and contractors, which is a system applied in the Ministry, to apply for the permit of tube wells drilling and record data of well drilling rigs and equipment that is used by the contractors to practice the activity, to review before the issuance of the license for practicing the activity.

- Select (Request for the Issuance of Contractor Permit of Tube Wells) Attach the required documents.
- Fill out the e-application form.
