- Login to the Absher platform.
- (Select (Emirate of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
- From the list of services and procedures, choose (Saudi marriage to a foreign woman born and residing in the Kingdom).
- Enter the required information.
- Attach the required files.
- Submit the request.
- The wife must be a resident of the region, or the governorates affiliated to it.
- The age of the marriage applicant must not be less than 25 years and the wife of 18 years old.
- If the applicant has a first wife, he must bring a medical report for her from a government hospital that proving any of the following: infertility, disability, or fatal diseases, or a report from a doctor stating the dangers of the pregnancy.
