- Access the e-services website and log in, select the facility, then select (Recruitment for Facilities and Companies).
- Click the link (Request for Recruitment Exception), then select (Application for Recruitment Exception).
- The system will allow you to review the current scale of the facility, then select the exception scale you want to access after issuing the visas. Enter the justifications for the required exception, then click (Send).
- The request will be sent to the committee to be reviewed. The facility can follow up with the request via (Inquire about Current Requests ) from the service link.
- The facility should have valid government contracts or endorsements.
- The exception is only for the visa issuance service.
- All facility licenses must be valid.
- The service to request an exception for recruitment is not available for small establishments.
