This service allows the user to book appointments for himself/herself and his/her dependents in primary health care centers via Mawid website and application that is available on Apple and Google Play stores. Through this service, you can book an appointment for reproductive, maternal and child health care services. Mawid” App enable beneficiaries to book appointments at Reproductive Healthcare services through Primary Health Care Centers for services such as Vaccination, Pregnancy follow-up, Healthy Child Clinic, and Family Medicine.

- Access the website of Ministry of Health.
- Click (e-services directory), and then select individuals services.
- Click (Mawid Service).
- Click (Enter).
- Log in to the service using your password and username of Absher account.
- You can manage all your appointments and those of your dependents.
- Select your primary health care center, and then search for the required clinic.
- The system displays all the available appointments in that clinic.
- Book your appointment.
- You will receive appointment confirmation message.
- The user should have an account in Absher platform.
