An e-service that enables persons with disabilities who are registered with the Ministry and whose disability has been assessed, to submit a request for financial aid for their medical devices according to the terms and conditions.

- Log in to the e-services portal.
- On the main page, click on E-Services.
- Click on the (Apply Now) button under the (Financial Aid for Certain Medical Devices) service.
- The service information will appear to the user, and the service can be accessed by clicking on the (enter the service) icon.
- The system displays the devices available to the beneficiary.
- Choose the device you want to get.
- Click on (Next).
- The system opens the acknowledgment page.
- Click on the box (I pledge and acknowledge the above).
- Press (Send Request), then the system opens a pop-up window with the order number, and displays the (Print Application Summary) button. Press the button, and the system prints the scene in a new window.
- The beneficiary must be registered with the ministry and his disability has been assessed.
- The beneficiary must be a permanent resident in the Kingdom.
- The beneficiary should be a Saudi national or a card holder.
- The personal data and bank account of the beneficiary must be up-to-date.
- The disability data is up-to-date (disability assessment has been conducted).
- The beneficiary should not be attached to one of the residential services upon requesting the service: (social rehabilitation, nursing homes, orphanages, girls’ care institutions, social observation homes for juveniles).
- Each beneficiary has the right to request a cash subsidy to secure (3) basic equipment.
- Each beneficiary has the right to request the disbursement of a financial subsidy to secure only one of the devices with special specifications, taking into account the statutory period for disbursing each device.
