This service enables the beneficiary to issue a publishing house license to practice activities related to issuing, preparing and financing any written, scientific, cultural or artistic production for the purpose of circulation, as well as participating in book fairs.
- Through the electronic services of the Ministry, enter the media licensing system.
- Choose a service (Issue a New License).
- Click on the option of the Ministry of Media - Media Licensing System, and review the conditions for granting a media license to individual institutions and companies.
- Verify the owner's identity and date of birth and select the gender, press (Verify) and complete the application.
- Enter the address data and agree to the acknowledgment.
- To be a Saudi national, a Gulf investor, or a foreign investor authorized to invest.
- He must not be less than 25 years old.
- Not be a government employee.
- To have an appropriate qualification for the activity.
- A valid commercial register that includes the required activity.
