Application for a License to Use the Energy Efficiency Label for Small AC
Saudi Standards
An e-service provided by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, enabling the beneficiary to obtain a license to use a consumption efficiency card for small air conditioners.
- Login to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization website.
- Select (E-Services).
- Select the Energy Efficiency Program.
- Attach a copy of the laboratory accreditation certificate and the field of accreditation.
- Attach testing report that comply with SASO
- Pay the prescribed fees. The payment must be made no later than 30 days from the date of registering the application.
- After the technical study of the application is completed and the management approves it, the certificate and energy efficiency card will be issued electronically on the authority s website.
- The facility must be registered with the Ministry of Commerce and authorized to deal with such activities.
- The product shall conform to the Saudi standard specifications and the standard specifications of the card.
