- Login to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization website.
- Select "E-Services".
- Select the Energy Efficiency Program.
- Attach a copy of the laboratory accreditation certificate and the field of accreditation
- Attach a test report according to the Saudi Standard for Energy Efficiency for the product.
- Pay the prescribed fees. The payment must be made no later than 30 days from the date of registering the application.
- After the technical study of the application is completed and the management approves it, the certificate and energy efficiency card will be issued electronically on the authority's website.
