Application for a License to Use the Energy Efficiency Label for Water Heater
Saudi Standards
An e-service provided by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization that enables the beneficiary to obtain a license to use the energy efficiency label for water heaters.
- Login to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization website.
- Select "E-Services".
- Select the Energy Efficiency Program.
- Attach a copy of the laboratory accreditation certificate and the field of accreditation.
- Attach a test report according to the Saudi Standard for Energy Efficiency for the product
- Pay the prescribed fees. The payment must be made no later than 30 days from the date of registering the application.
- After the technical study of the application is completed and the management approves it, the certificate and energy efficiency card will be issued electronically on the authority s website.
- The establishment shall be officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce and authorized to deal with such activities according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or registered with the saudi standards metrology and quality organization.
- The product shall comply with Saudi standard specifications as well as the standard specifications of the card.
