- Access through the website of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment. E-Services - Corporate Services - Amendment and Decisions of Partners.
- Select the company to make an update and fill the required data and send the application to be studied by the employee and update the company.
- After accepting the update - the company for which a partner decision will be made is selected from my list of authorized companies - options - action - (partner decision).
- In case the company is (limited-solidarity-limited partnership) and in the case of the company (professional-mixed-foreign-Gulf-holding) is loaded form the decision of the required partners and then attached.
- Fill out the data and then submit the request for checking.
- After acceptance of the application and documentation, pay the publication fees.
- Update the company data before making the decision of the partners (the update is applied only once).
