The service allows you to submit an apology for studying, which means Suspension of study for a specified period of time allowed by the list of studies and tests according to the academic program, whether bachelor or graduate, after the registration of courses.
- Single Sign-On with Student Number.
- Register your user name and password.
- Click on the academic system icon.
- Enter academic movements. The Movement type is: (apology - postponement).
- Enter the reason: (family circumstance - health conditions - special emergency conditions - other).
- The Completing the Study Apology screen will appear and to complete the process click on the Save icon.
- The application is under procedure until the approval of the dean.
