- Click on (Submit New Application) and then click on (Create New Entity).
- Fill out the required columns and click on (Send), then the request to be checked and approved by the auditor online.
- Documenting the Memorandum of Association.
- Pay the fees for publishing the Ministry's decree to authorize the establishment of the company (the first ministerial decree).
- Notify the Ministry of holding the Constituent Assembly at least three days before the date of the Assembly.
- Send the minutes of the Assembly and the statutes, if they have been amended, to be checked and approved by the employee online.
- Pay the fees for the publication of the Ministry's decree to establish the company (the second ministerial decree) and the fees of the Commercial Registration and the Chamber of Commerce.
