Obtaining Alternative Visas for Final Exit (Compensatory Visas)

  • Log in to the e-services portal, select the establishment, and choose the substitution visa service.
  • Agree to acknowledge.
  • Enter the required data (profession, nationality, religion, gender, destination, number).
  • The request data is saved, and its status is (waiting for the Ministry of Interior response).
  • The Platinum domain is granted a replacement visa for each worker who Left permanently.
  • The range (low green, medium green, high green) is granted a replacement visa with the same occupation for every worker who has left permanently and was working in a specialized occupation.
  • The granting must not result in the entity dropping below the lower green band after the compensatory visa is issued.
  • The visa entitlement period is within 6 months of the worker’s departure.
  • Establishments whose activities are agriculture, hunting and grazing (private) do not have compensatory visas.
  • The establishment's licenses must be valid based on the activities and licenses matrix.
  • Eligibility for the alternative visa for final departure is calculated on the visa request.
  • The compensatory visa is granted to the worker (He left permanently or left and did not return).
  • It is forbidden to submit a new application if there is an existing request under process.
  • It is not allowed to request a visa as a substitute for the final exit of the establishment whose activity is within the activities that are prohibited from recruitment.
