- The cooperative office submits the request through the ministry's e-portal.
- Fill out an activated accreditation request form.
- The Dawah center manager approves the request.
- The branch committee approves the request.
- The Public Speaking and Dawah Activities Committee approves the request.
- The cooperative office submitted for the activity of the preacher must be approved by the Ministry and its data updated on Tayseer system.
- The preacher must be approved by the ministry and registered on Tayseer system.
