- Enter the self-service system for students and faculty members.
- Select the (Student) tab.
- Choose Student Transactions.
- Select the class and click (Execute).
- Choose the type of transaction: Postponed - Regular.
- Click (Execute).
- The student is informed in the system of approval or rejection by following up on the transaction.
- If the application is approved, its status in the system will be changed to (Semester Deferred).
- To be a student.
- The application must be submitted before the semester end that precedes the postponement semester to obtain the approval of the College Council.
- Have a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.
- The postponement should be for two consecutive semesters, or three separate semesters, for the duration of the student’s stay at the university.
