  • Enter the self-service system for students and faculty members.
  • Select the (Student) tab.
  • Choose Student Transactions.
  • Select the class and click (Execute).
  • Choose the type of transaction: Postponed - Regular.
  • Click (Execute).
  • The student is informed in the system of approval or rejection by following up on the transaction.
  • If the application is approved, its status in the system will be changed to (Semester Deferred).
  • To be a student.
  • The application must be submitted before the semester end that precedes the postponement semester to obtain the approval of the College Council.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.
  • The postponement should be for two consecutive semesters, or three separate semesters, for the duration of the student’s stay at the university.
