- Log in to the platform.
- Click on (Registering a Real Estate Brokerage Firm).
- Read the requirements and then click (Next).
- Enter the required data, then click (Next).
- Choose the type of facility and the required data, then click (Next).
- The system displays a summary of the data entered, press (Next).
- Enter the office manager data, then click (Next).
- Enter the verification code sent by (Absher), then click (Next).
- Agree to Acknowledgment of Pledges, then press the Register button.
- Confirm the email entered to activate the account. Log in to the platform to view the rental training program and issue a certified real estate broker membership certificate.
- To be a Saudi national.
- Having a valid commercial register.
- A national address for the facility registered in the Saudi Post.
- Pass the electronic training course (training program for rent).
