- Please download the certificate.
- Availability of employee numbers data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- The number of the enterprise’s employees shall not be less than one employee, and shall not exceed 249 employees on its unified number, and its annual revenues shall not exceed 200 million Saudi riyals.
- Provide data for revenue or fill in the declaration when issuing the certificate.
- The commercial register and the Enterprise file at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development must be in an active and updated state.
- That the applicant has a role among the roles approved by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, authorizing him to print the certificate.
