Chamber of commerce certificate and commercial record activity.
An undertaking from the facility that the manager is a Saudi national.
Traffic approval letter on the facility location (optional) and the current license, if any.
Municipality approval letter on the facility's location (optional).

Submit an application for issuing a marine ticket sales license, and attach all the required documents.
The Transport General Authority receives the application submitted via the online portal.
The request is approved.
The request is referred to the inspection team to verify the location.
The inspection team approves on the location.
Pay the license fee.
