Issuing an Operating Card to Transport Mutamars and Visitors from Inside the Kingdom

A service provided for companies to issue an operating card for transporting Mutamars and visitors from inside the Kingdom to the vehicle and performing its business.
- Log in to the road transport portal.
- From the home page, choose (Operating Cards).
- Click (Issue Operating Card).
- Select the activity and active licenses, then press (Next).
- Select (Vehicles), then press (Next).
- The system displays vehicles that meet the requirements and those that do not.
- Click (Issue).
- All requirements are checked online.
- Upon successful operation, an operation card will be issued.
- Valid license (companies).
- Valid insurance.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid periodic checkup.
- Public transport driving license and public driving license (for individuals).
- The vehicle has a service life of 10 years.
- A toilet is provided in buses with more than 40 seats.
- Practicing the activity in buses with a number of 20-39 seats for distances that do not exceed 100 km.
- The number of seats ranges between 20 and 55.
- Availability of air conditioner, availability of safety equipment, first aid kit, non-smoking pad, and luggage storage in buses.
