- Log in to the road transport portal.
- From the home page, choose (Operating Cards).
- Click (Issuing an Operation Card).
- Select the activity and active licenses, then press (Next).
- Select the vehicles, then press (Next).
- The system displays vehicles that meet the requirements and those that do not.
- Click (Issue).
- All requirements are checked online.
- After the success of the operation, the operating card is issued.
- Valid license (establishments) and general driving license (for individuals).
- Valid insurance.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid periodic checkup.
- Public transport license.
- Availability of safety equipment, first aid kit and non-smoking pad.
- Provides a navigation device for tracking and guidance.
- The presence of luggage stores in buses, an internal microphone, and an air conditioner.
- Writing (Tourist Transport) and the license number on both sides of the bus.
- The number of seats ranges between 12 and 55, and the vehicle has a service life of 7 years.
