- Log in to the road transport portal.
- From the list of licenses, choose Exported licenses.
- A list of licenses and the status of each license is displayed.
- Submit a final license renewal request by clicking on (Renew).
- Fill out a final license renewal form, then click (Renew).
- The Transport General Authority receives the request submitted through the e-portal.
- The request is reviewed, and then approved.
- Valid Commercial Record.
- Subscribe to GOSI.
- Saudization Certificate.
- Zakat and Tax Certificate.
- Business activity license from Baladi.
- Provide the minimum number of vehicles (2).
