- Log in to the road transport portal.
- From the list of licenses, choose Restricted Licenses, then submit a Restricted License Request.
- Choose the type of activity, then fill in the Restricted License Application Form, then (Submit).
- The request is reviewed, and then approved.
- Complete the requirements and conditions for obtaining a final license.
- To request a final permit to transport goods by road, log on to the road transport portal.
- From the list of licenses, choose License Requests, then Issue License, choose License Category and Restricted License.
- Fill out the final license issuance form, then click on (Issue).
- The request is reviewed, and then approved.
- A valid commercial register.
- Participation in social insurance.
- Certificate of Zakat and Income.
- Business activity license.
- Availability of minimum number of vehicles.
