Through this service, the industrial investor can request the issuance of a permit to import and release chemicals that are necessary for production operations within the industrial facility. The request for import and release permits for industrial facilities is evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Wealth, and in coordination with the concerned authorities to implement the updated executive regulations for the import of chemicals, and its management in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 4503.
