- To view brands:
- Register and submit a request to display the mark on the Center of Excellence platform.
- The data is audited and evaluated by the center's team.
- The mark is approved and published by the center team.
- To apply for a trademark:
- Register on the platform.
- Choose the trademark.
- Submit the request.
- The request is reviewed and approved by the trademark owner.
- Register on the Franchise Center platform.
- The mark must be ready for legal and operational franchising (fulfilling the terms of the franchise system - one fiscal year or two branches) to display the brand.
- The entrepreneur fulfills the admission requirements required by the grantor of the mark, which are shown in the mark file on the center’s platform.
- Initial acceptance of the investment amounts for the mark.
