This service provides a mechanism for assessing a building's compliance with environmental sustainability standards, and according to the assessment, the building receives a special rating that determines the degree of compliance with the building's sustainability standards.

- Enter to the sustainable building platform.
- Choose the (Building Sustainability Assessment) service from (Our Services).
- Log in as a property owner or register new via the sustainable building platform.
- The property owner communicates with the approved engineering office, and agrees with him on the level of sustainability to be applied.
- The engineering office enters the required data, then presses (Next).
- The office follows up the implementation, checks the sustainability requirements, scores points, agrees to the terms of use, then clicks (Next).
- Upon completion of the project, a certificate of sustainability is awarded based on the points achieved by the engineering office.
- Register on the sustainable building platform with a description of the place.
