  • A telegram is sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the correspondence platform containing the entry data in a sealed envelope for each of the Saudi embassies in the countries of the world.
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends the entry data to all Saudi embassies.
  • The embassy representative enters the portal and changes the password.
  • The embassy representative enters his contact details (name, number, email).
  • The Royal Protocol activate the embassy's account upon receipt of a telegram approving the hosting of a guest from the concerned country.
  • The system becomes available for the embassy representative to enter the information.
  • The embassy representative enters the data of the main guest and his companions.
  • The embassy representative approves the data and sends it for review and verification by royal ceremonies.
  • The embassy representative follows up on the status of data approval and amends the notes, if any.
  • The embassy representative determines the names of the departures on each of the scheduled flights to the country of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Login data and a link to log in to the portal.
  • To have an account in the National Single Sign-On.
  • To be authorized to represent the Saudi embassy in the country of the hosted person.
  • Issuance of generous approval to host the guest during the Hajj season.
