- Log in to the road transport portal.
- From the main page choose Play Cards.
- Click on (Issue an operating card).
- Choose the activity and active licenses, then click (Next).
- Select the vehicles, then press (Next).
- The system displays vehicles that comply with the requirements, and vehicles that do not comply with the requirements.
- Click on (Version).
- All requirements are verified electronically.
- When the operation is successful, an operating card is issued.
- A valid license (facilities).
- A valid insurance.
- A valid driving license.
- A valid periodic examination (after the lapse of two years from the date of filing the form).
- Public transport license.
- General driving license (for individuals).
- Navigation for tracking and guidance.
- The total vehicle weight shall not be less than 3.5 tons.
- Installation of front, rear and side protection barriers according to the approved standard specifications.
- The operating life of the vehicle (5 years).
