Issuance a New Real Estate License

This service provided to foreign companies in property field in case that the total cost of the project, in terms of both land and construction, is not less than 30 million Saudi riyals in terms of land and construction and the investment established outside the borders of the cities of Mecca and Medina.
- Register in MISA website.
- Apply for new license.
- Enter the basic data, license duration, license type, and ISIC activities.
- Enter shareholders info (Person or Entity).
- Enter your contact info.
- Review the application.
- Click (Agree) and then a SADAD invoice will be issued.
- The main ID is created when the request is delivered.
- After payment of SADAD invoice through Credit card, the license will be sent online via e-mail.
- A copy of the commercial register of the participating facility certified by the Saudi embassy, and a copy of the national ID if one of the partners is a natural person (individual) holding the nationality of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (unless he has not registered in Absher).
- The financial statements of the last financial year of the foreign company, certified by the Saudi Embassy.
- The total proportion of the Saudi (partner, partners) and the capital agree according to the minimum limits specified by the activity type in the guide.
- Premium residence holders are exempted from the above documents.
- If one of the partners was previously licensed by the Ministry of Investment, this must be clarified when filling in the partners’ data while submitting the online application.
- The Saudi national identity data (premium residence, residence) must be entered if one of the partners holds any of them, or the commercial registration data of the participating Saudi companies while submitting the online application.
- If the licensed activity is related to real estate investment projects, the limit for the value of one project to be established is not less than 30,000,000 SR, land and building, outside the scope of the Two Holy Mosques, and there are no minimum limits for the capital of real estate investment projects.
