- Enter your national identification number or resident permit number, and the CAPTCHA code.
- Select the vehicle you want to authorize.
- (Select (Authorize Vehicles I Own.
- Enter the identity of the person you wish to authorize.
- The other party will accept the authorization.
- The applicant must have vehicle insurance.
- The applicant must carry out a valid periodic inspection of the vehicle.
- The applicant must pay the required fees.
- The applicant must have an active account on Absher.
