This service allows the user to request a certificate of registration, in which the user will be able to obtain final clearance from the Ministry of Media (for books and periodicals) or from the university (for theses).

- The user can submit his/her work, either in person or by mail.
- An official registration certificate will be issued and handed over to the user.
- Submitting two copies of all intellectual works and one copy for artworks and academic theses as well as CD copy for academic theses, either in person, or send them to the following address: King Fahd National Library PO Box 7572 - Riyadh 11472.
- Entering the user’s address (the recipient of the registration certificate).
- Fill out the consent form for publishing the theses on the library website (optional).
