- Login to Najiz through the National Single Sign-On service.
- Select Submit Request from the menu.
- Select the type of request.
- Fill out the form and agree to the terms.
- Enter the details of the order. (executed against, execution document), while ensuring that the necessary attachments are attached.
- The order number will appear on the screen.
- Bring a copy of the ID or Iqama of the claimant or respondent.
- Bring a copy of the agency and the ID of the executor representative in the transaction, if any.
- Bring the authentic and a copy of the executive instrument. If the applicant is an agent, his agency must include the right of (recognition, seizure, and execution.)
- If the executive instrument is a deed issued by the courts, it must be attached to the executive formula.
- If the applicant submits an executive instrument in the form of a check, it must be the original of the objection sheet.
- If the execution applicant submits an executive instrument as an order instrument or bill of exchange, he must have the objection sheet with him unless it is prescribed in the instrument to be dropped.
