Request for Pursuing Postgraduate Studies Abroad at the Students Expense

An e-service provided by the Ministry of Education, which enables students to enroll in the postgraduate program and study abroad on their own account by applying through the Ministry’s website and submitting the necessary application.

A colored copy of the applicant’s passport, and a copy of the applicant’s visa.
A colored copy of the family card, both front and back, or a copy of the national ID, and a copy of previously acquired academic qualifications.
A copy of the last certificate before the required stage and a copy of the equivalence decision if it was issued from abroad.
A photo from I-20 (UK), CAS (AU) or COE (USA).
Providing any other documentation related to the application (justification is optional).
Acceptance from the selected university/ institute admission for language students. A written approval from the student’s guardian.
If the applicant is employed, approval of the direct manager of the employee delegated abroad or contracted.
If the applicant is employed, study leave for the employee delegated abroad. The applicant must ensure that there is no open application for adding a new academic qualification.
The accurate start date of academic year must be before the end date. In the case of acceptance, the student must not be in Saudi Arabia.
If the student is in Saudi Arabia, the initiator of the decision can override the condition by accepting and closing the application.
