• Log in with the National Single Sign-On.
• From the main menu, choose (Add a new application) then (Application for obtaining a new financing).
• From the list of programs, click on (Submit) in the (Individual Products) option.
• From the list of products, click on (Submit) icon in the (Marriage Finance) option.
• Fill in the information in the submission fields, and then press (Submit).
• After sending, you have an application number, and you can follow its status in the procedures results.

• To be married for the first time. Except for those whose only wife died or who divorced their only wife before consummating their marriage.
• The wife must be a Saudi national or hold the nationality of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council states.
• To provide an official marriage contract, certified by the competent court, and not more than two Hijri years ago.
• The date of calculating the period of the marriage contract is the Hijri date.
• The period is calculated from the date of submitting the application.
