An e-service provided by the Social Development Bank, which enables citizens to request a restoration loan for refurbishment, maintenance or repair of structural damages or emergency, in addition to the purpose of adding or modifying the necessities for residential homes.

- Log in with the National Single Sign-On portal.
- From the (main) menu: choose (Add a new application), then (Application for obtaining a new financing).
- From the programs list , click on (Submit) icon in the option: Individual products.
- From the products list, click on (Submit) icon in the option: Funding for restoration.
- Fill in the submission fields, then press (Submit).
- After sending, you have an application number, and you can follow its status in the procedures results.
- The age of the borrower should not exceed 70 years and the guarantor is 55 years old.
- The monthly income should not exceed 12,500 riyals.
- A home ownership deed is required for the applicant for financing.
- The minimum age for a home is (5) years.
- At least one year has passed since the transfer of ownership of the property. If the transmission is between first-degree relatives, at least two years must elapse since its transmission.
- The land area of the building to be renovated shall not exceed (1000 m) one thousand meters.
- If the bank has previously submitted a financing application for the same property, a period of no less than 8 years is required from the date of disbursement of the previous financing.
