Family Loan
Social Development Bank
An e-service provided by the Social Development Bank, which enables low-income families to obtain a family loan to help them bear the costs and burdens of life.
- Log in with the National Single Sign-On portal.
- From the main menu, choose (Add a new application), then (application for obtaining a new financing).
- From the programs list, click on (Submit) in the individual products option.
- From the products list, click on (Submit) in the option: Family Finance.
- Fill in the submission fields, and then click (Save).
- Choose the desired monthly installment.
- Upload all documents, and click on (Approve all files).
- After sending, you have an application number, and you can follow its status in the procedures results.
- The borrower age should not exceed 70 years and the guarantor is 55 years old.
- The monthly income should not exceed 12,500 riyals.
- The per capita family income should not exceed 3000 riyals. The per capita share is calculated by dividing the monthly income of the head of the family by the number of family members.
- The son is counted among the family members if he does not exceed 24 years of age unless he is employed or married, and the daughter unless she is employed or married.
- The woman has the right to apply for family financing if she is divorced or widowed and supports one or more children.
