  • Enter the service link.
  • Login either by SAMA account or National Single Sign-On service (SSO).
  • Click on "Add new case".
  • Verify your personal info then click on "Next".
  • Read the acknowledgement then click on "Acknowledge".
  • Select the sectors by clicking on "Banking".
  • Select the product you want.
  • Fill in your data and submit your request.
  • You can follow up on your request from the Dashboard page.
