An e-service provided by the Saudi Central Bank, which enables the beneficiary to submit various Internet and phone banking complaints.
- Enter the service link.
- Login either by SAMA account or National Single Sign-On service (SSO).
- Click on "Add new case".
- Verify your personal info then click on "Next".
- Read the acknowledgement then click on "Acknowledge".
- Select the sectors by clicking on "Banking".
- Select the product you want.
- Fill in your data and submit your request.
- You can follow up on your request from the Dashboard page.
