  • Click on the list of services that appears at the top of the main page.
  • (Choose (Complaints.
  • A new page will appear containing the various complaints in list (B).
  • (Choose (Bank Complaints.
  • You will be redirected to the SAMA portal. Please register the required information.
  • After logging in, submit the complaint.
  • The applicant must have an ID number.
  • The applicant must have a bank account.
  • The applicant must have telephone banking.
