  • Login either by SAMA account or National Single Sign-On service (SSO).
  • "Click on "Add new case
  • Verify your personal info then click on Next.
  • Read the acknowledgement then click on Acknowledge.

  • Fill in your data and submit your request .
  • You can follow up on your request from the Dashboard page.
  • The applicant must have an ID number.
