An e service provided by the Saudi Central Bank, which enables the beneficiary to submit cash complaints. The bank account holder conducts research, study, and analysis of the complaint technically and legally.
- Enter the service link.
- Login either by SAMA account or National Single Sign-On service (SSO).
- Click on Add new case
- Verify your personal info then click on Next.
- Read the acknowledgement then click on Acknowledge.
- Select the sectors by clicking on Banking.
- Select the product you want.
- Fill in your data and submit your request .
- You can follow up on your request from the Dashboard page.
