Customer support

  • Visit the Saudi Central Bank website.
  • Click on the list of services that appears at the top of the main page.
  • Choose from the list of services (Complaints), A new page will appear to you containing the various complaints in list (B).
  • Choose (Bank Complaints), You will be redirected to the SAMA portal. Please register the required data.
  • Login to the SAMA portal or through the unified national access service, Click on (Add a new order).
  • Verify your data, then click (Next), Read the acknowledgment, then click (Confirm).
  • Select the (Banks) sector by clicking on it.
  • (Select (SADAD Complaints.
  • Complete the required information and submit the application.
  • You can follow -up on the status of the request through the user page.
